By accessing or using OriginalCheck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

OriginalCheck provides an AI content originality and plagiarism detection platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with the operation of the service
• Not upload or submit content depicting minors or children in any manner

4. Credit Packs and Billing

Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. When you purchase a credit pack, you receive a set number of scan credits valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Credit packs are one-time purchases — they do not auto-renew and you will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase another pack.

• All credit packs are non-recurring; no automatic renewal
• Credits expire 30 days after purchase if unused
• Credits cannot be transferred to other accounts
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the credit pack purchase at the time of transaction

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Since credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charges, there is no subscription to cancel. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

6. Limitation of Liability

OriginalCheck is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email.
